Stop Guessing With Your Camera Settings
A 60-minute live session, built around your exact setup, to get you shooting with confidence.
This might sound familiar
You bought your Nikon because you wanted to take better photos. But between the menus, the dials, and the number of settings to understand, it can feel easier to just leave it on auto.
You've watched the tutorials. You've read the articles. But watching someone else use their camera doesn't always translate when you pick yours up.
What you actually need is an hour with someone who can look at your specific setup, answer your specific questions, and give you clear, practical guidance, without the YouTube rabbit hole.
That's what this call is.
The Camera Confidence Call is a good fit if:
You're a new Nikon owner who wants to stop relying on auto mode
You feel overwhelmed by menus, autofocus options, or exposure settings
You're switching from a DSLR to mirrorless and finding the learning curve steeper than expected
You'd rather ask a real question and get a real answer than search for another video
We can cover anything.
Common topics include camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO and how they work together), autofocus modes and when to use them, understanding your menus, lens choices for your budget, RAW vs JPEG, and getting the most from the Z-series mirrorless system.
If it's about your Nikon and how to use it better, it's fair game.
A bit about me
What’s included?
Before the call: A short email from me to understand your camera model, your current level, and what you'd most like to cover. I prepare based on your answers.
The session: 60 minutes, 1:1, on Zoom or Google Meet. No set agenda except yours.
After the call: A full recording sent within 24 hours. So you can stay in the moment during the session and revisit anything later.
I teach photography on YouTube through My Photography Journey, where I've published over 100 videos helping beginners get more from their cameras. I shoot landscape and nature photography on the Nikon Z6iii, and I've been through every part of the Nikon learning curve myself.
I know how confusing it can feel at the start. I also know how much clearer things become when someone walks you through your own specific setup, at your own pace. That's what these sessions are for.
