Last updated · May, 2026

Creative Fields Digital ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit creativefieldsdigital.com or interact with our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, sign up for our newsletter, purchase a product or course, or contact us, you may provide:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing details (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Any messages, questions, or feedback you send

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect limited technical data:

  • IP address, approximate location, device type, browser
  • Pages visited, time spent, referring site
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 04)

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the products, courses, and content you've requested
  • Send you the newsletter or updates you've opted in to (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Respond to your questions and provide support
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Improve the site, our content, and the user experience
  • Comply with our legal obligations

03How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site, and only as needed to operate it:

  • Squarespace — hosting and site analytics
  • ConvertKit — newsletter delivery
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google Analytics — aggregated traffic measurement

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our visitors or others.

04Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies via their settings — note that some site features may not work correctly without them.

If you're in a region that requires consent for non-essential cookies (the EU/UK/EEA in particular), we'll surface a banner the first time you visit so you can accept or decline.

05Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for processing based on consent)
  • Port your data to another service
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

For EU/UK residents (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the site, or to comply with the law.

For California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we've collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

06Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order and payment records may be kept longer to meet tax and accounting obligations.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we do our best to keep your data safe and notify you if a breach materially affects you.

08Children's privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

09International transfers

We're based in England. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than yours. By using the site, you consent to that transfer.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email if we have your address.
